Accessibility

Onboard our vessels all safety information is provided in printed text and in audio form. Languages offered on activities and tours are English only. We welcome all guests with vision and/or hearing impairment and can provide assistance in getting onto our vessels/vehicles. We also welcome guests with high support needs who travel with a carer.  All dietary requirements can be accommodated with additional options if not catered for on the menu. All office spaces and shops owned by Experience Co are meeting requirements for mobility and access within the NCC.
